1. Minimum Order Requirements: eNativeAmerican.com has no minimum order requirement for retail sales. We reserve the right to review and make changes on discounts, shipping offers, etc. to any order.
2. Terms of Sale: The preferred payment method is by Credit Card with Google Checkout, the fastest, most secure way to pay on the internet. No personal or business checks, please. Customers must pre-pay if paid by money order or cashier's check. We will not ship any order C.O.D. We reserve the right to refuse any order and qualify every customer regarding their eligibility to purchase and to qualify for payment.
3. International Customers: We ship worldwide. All non-USA shipments must be paid in US Funds prior to shipping.
4. Shipping and Freight Charges: Most orders will be shipped via US Post Office or UPS with shipping prepaid. Truck freight orders are shipped freight pre-paid. Call for overnight and other services. Refused or unclaimed shipments will be charged for all freight, storage or claims. Shipping shortages must be reported to eNativeAmerican.com and the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
5. Product Warranty & Guarantee: Every item we sell is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
6. Merchandise Return Policy: If you need to return any product, call or fax and we will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Upon receipt of a RMA number, ship the package back in original condition and in original packaging. Our goal is always to maintain the lowest prices possible. Part of our cost containment is reflected in our return policy. Returns for replacement or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee. Returns for refunds are subject inspection before refund is issued. Any items not returned in original, resaleable condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $15, whichever is greater. No cash or check refunds. Refunds are in the form of a Gift Certificate. All claims will be determined on a case-by-case bases after research of facts is completed.
7. Lost or Damaged Goods: All claims for the loss or damage of merchandise must be made directly against the carrier. Once the shipping carrier has picked up your order from us and is in receipt of the merchandise, liability for your order is the responsibility of the shipper. All claims for the loss or damage of merchandise for orders shipped via US Post Office and UPS or other ground carrier will be determined on a case-by-case bases after research of facts is known.
8. Special Orders & Cancellations: a 15% fee will be assessed for any special order that is cancelled before shipping. Any special order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.
9. Price and Terms Changes: All prices, terms and policies are subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL NOTE: We will do everything possible to ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please keep in mind that the items we sell are handmade or special order, therefore it may take a 1-2 weeks before we can ship certain items. We may also charge your credit card before we ship your item(s) so that the artist, crafter or manufacturer will produce the item(s) for your order. If there is a long delay or we are unable to deliver the items you ordered in a reasonable amount of time, we will credit your card for any product you did not receive.
